Butter Cauliflower

Have you guys ever googled butter chicken and read the history on wiki? Being the nerd that I am, I recently found out that the english phrase, butter chicken, has only been around for 45 years! Previous to this, the recipe's were published as "Murgh Makhani", and it was developed "by chance" by cooking leftover chicken in tomato gravy, rich with butter and cream, back in 1947. Okay, lets be real, who hasn't randomly cooked up something great bringing together leftovers? but say what? ....its only been around for 73 years! ....and so many twists in such little time! To add to the twists and turns, here's my vegetarian version with Cauliflower!!
