Recreated Recipe: Corn, eggs, and feta Herby polenta Brunch

I love brunch! I basically look forward to the weekend or a day off so I can sleep in and wake up refreshed to execute a brunch idea that I have been cooking up in head all week or try out an interesting recipe. Often times i'll deviate, however, Yotam Ottolenghi's herby polenta with corn, eggs and feta was a perfect dish as is. I've linked this fusion brunch dish below since I made it to the T, but, I wanted to share with you guys my outcome because I was so happy with it.
